Microscopy/ResolveRT

The Microscopy Option (or so called ResolveRT) is the comprehensive option for visualization of microscopy data. It includes specific readers for microscopy data as well as a powerful 3D image deconvolution suite.
The Microscopy Option comes with several examples and step-by-step tutorials to easily learn how to enhance images with filters and the deconvolution process. This option includes the Filament Editor for vessel and neuron tracing and quantitative tools for micro-vascular network studies.
